 02 Feb 2012-Injury Stops TP100 Ultra
Unfortunately I suffered a herniated disc injury on the 18th January 2012 which has completely stopped all training at present so today I had to do the inevitable and pull out of the Thames Path 100 Ultra on the 3rd March 2012, disappointed is an understatement. Hopefully my physiotherapist thinks I should make a full recovery from the injury within 4-6 weeks so I am hoping to be back training by middle of February in some capacity.
